The Neptune (Ukrainian: Р-360 «Непту́н», romanized in R-360 Neptune) is a Ukrainian anti-navigation cruise missile developed by the Bureau d'études Luch.
Its conception is based on the Soviet anti-ship missile Kh-35, with a port and a considerably improved electronic system. The system is designed to destroy or combat surface war ships and transport ships of a deployment allant jusqu'à 5 000 tonnes, it is released soit en convoy, soit seuls.
The system is entering service in the Ukrainian marine in March 2021
